The workshop will include a critical examination of how effective and committed servant leaders are developed, nurtured, and sustained.  The second part of the workshop will utilize real-life scenarios in small group brainstorming sessions to demonstrate how issues in our communities are analyzed and addressed to bring about the desired outcomes.

In short, this workshop is designed to help young people of today locate themselves in the ongoing process of Black struggle and to teach them to serve, lead, and organize for and with our people.
